But fans will 'still get some fire' on Love Me Back, R&B singer tells MTV News. By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Joel Hanek

Jazmine Sullivan announced she was Fearless in 2008 when she released her debut album. And while the LP shares a title with the Taylor Swift album released the same year, it was vastly different in musical style, thanks to help from Missy Elliott, Stargate, Salaam Remi and Wyclef Jean.
Two years later, Sullivan is back with her follow-up, Love Me Back, and she gets an assist again from Elliott and Remi, as well as contributions from Ne-Yo, No I.D. and Los da Mystro. When MTV News caught up with Sullivan, she explained that she hoped to overcome the sophomore slump on this project.
"This is my sophomore album, I definitely felt a lot of pressure during the beginning of it, but I kind of just released it and that's when everything started to flow," Sullivan said. "So I'm excited what people have to say about it."
The singer has released two singles — "Holding You Down (Goin' in Circles)" and "10 Seconds" — from the album, which has been getting high scores from reviewers. Sullivan said this time around she wanted to show fans a different side of herself.
"I think you'll definitely see a softer side," she said. "You'll still get some fire — I can't give that up — but definitely going to get a softer side. There are different sides of love, good and bad."

We're not sure what was up with that Carol Burnett storyline, but sing along anyway. By Jim Cantiello, with additional reporting by Vaughn Trudeau Schoonmaker
Chris Colfer and Cory Monteith in the "Furt" episode of "Glee" Photo: FOX
This week's "Glee" episode, "Furt," featured not one, but two weddings — and not one, but two Bruno Mars songs. More important, it actually took the Kurt/bullying storyline somewhere. Celebrate with us and sing along!
Do you want a wedding episode? I do! I do! Do I want "Glee" in a happy mode? I do! Do you Know why I'm crying When this show Used to Be funny and so shiny? But now I feel sad For tortured Kurt and lonely Sue His bully's mad Kurt doesn't know what he should do But cheer up, dude! Your bully's dad is from "Lost" so that means he's totally going to explode.
["Lost" clip of Arzt holding dynamite and exploding.] Anyone remember that from season one?
Do you believe the boys stood up for Kurt? I do, I do Except for Finn, who tried his best to avert. So boo to Him until the wedding scene where We saw Finn Dedicate a sweet song to his New half-kin. But why were the pronouns all messy, She's a him? I guess "Glee" won't change lyrics unless It is about transsexuals. That's right I'm still not over that "Rocky Horror" episode, you guys.
Just sayin'.
Sue Sylvester marries herself 'cause she can't find a match. Mama Sue shows up but this plot point doesn't attach. I guess producers had the chance to shoot with Carol Burnett, So they wrote in a Nazi-hunter filled with maternal regret.
How can I blame them for wanting to include Carol? Ryan Murphy clearly said, "Sure now, what the hell?" A shame her singing voice now sounds a lot like her Tarzan yell Is she coasting on her name?
[Clip of Carol emphatically saying, "I AM NOT!"] [Jim speaks] Sorry, no disrespect! [Tugs on his earlobe.]
[Singing] Do you want to know how "Glee" ends up? I do! You do! Sue expels the bully but the school board sucks, So Sue Resigns as principal in protest Mr. Schue Says regionals are coming next But Kurt's to do List includes dodging closet cases Out to bruise His porcelain skin with so much hate He chooses to Transfer to the private school that's basically paradise for gays.
Let's all praise! This storyline is great! When's the last time I had such nice things to say about "Glee," you guys? Huzzah, Ryan Murphy.

NEW YORK — Hundreds of fans ... correction, Barbies and Kens, lined up for hours outside of Best Buy in New York City's Union Square Tuesday night for a chance to meet their Mama Barb, Nicki Minaj. Nicki has found herself in the rap and pop spotlight thanks to her unique style, over-the-top personality and anticipation for her first album, Pink Friday, out Friday. This was an opportunity not only for her to thank fans for their support, but also for them to thank her for giving them a voice.
"She speaks for people. She speaks for us. She's our generation," said one fan queued up outside. "Every era has their people. We have Nicki, that's our person. We relate to her. We connect to her."
Nicki's Barbies and Ken Barbs — as she's dubbed many of her male fans — were rapping their favorite Nicki verses in unison and chanting the Harajuku Barbie's name as well as the name of her debut album, Pink Friday, all night at the event.
"It's her style, it's her flow," said 19-year-old Jean Carlos. "Some people won't get it, but the people out here supporting her, all of these people that have been here since who knows what time, those are people that get her. Those are her real fans and that's why we're here, because we love her."
Most fans knew that they would only get three seconds to let Nicki know how much they loved her, but that fact did little to dissuade them. Admirer Anthony Dominguez said that when he got a chance to meet her, he would congratulate her on her success and tell her how much he appreciated her.
"I'm going to tell her 'I love you so much, keep up the good work,' and 'I love you Mama Barb.' "

Two "Talent" show singers top the charts, while Rihanna's Loud debuts at #3. By Gil Kaufman
Rihanna Photo: Matt Harper/ MTV News
Though it's an American holiday, Thanksgiving must be turning into Susan Boyle's favorite. After setting records last week with her second album, The Gift, former "Britain's Got Talent" runner-up Boyle will retain the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart next week thanks to sales of another 335,000 copies, and despite challenges from nine new competitors, according to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan.
Last week, Boyle became the first woman, and only other artist besides the Beatles and the Monkees, to land two straight #1 albums within a calendar year in both England and the U.S. She retains the crown as another reality singer from a Simon Cowell-produced show, 10-year-old "America's Got Talent" runner-up Jackie Evancho, comes in just behind with her debut EP, O Holy Night (#2, 239,000).
That means Rihanna has to settle for a #3 debut for her fifth album, Loud, which sold 207,000 copies. It marked her best U.S. chart sales debut to date, besting the #4 bow of last year's Rated R, which came in with sales of 181,000. She leads a parade of new names in the top 10 which also includes Josh Groban's Rick Rubin-produced Illuminations (#4, 191,000), Kid Rock's Rubin-produced Born Free (#5, 189,000), Rascal Flatts' Nothing Like This (#6, 165,000), Keith Urban's Get Closer (#7, 162,000), the "Glee" Christmas album (#8, 161,000) and Nelly's 5.0 (#10, 63,000).
The only other hold-over from last week's top 10 is Taylor Swift, whose Speak Now figures dropped by more than 30 percent to 146,000 as her first month of sales crossed the 1.7 million mark. Pink's greatest-hits collection, Greatest Hits So Far!, comes in at #14 (53,000), just beating out the Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band's Darkness on the Edge of Town outtakes collection The Promise (#16, 47,000).
Season nine "American Idol" winner Lee DeWyze set a new record for "Idol" champs, just not the kind he probably wanted. His first major-label effort, Live It Up, is officially the poorest-selling debut from an "Idol" champ in history, notching a lowly #19 chart bow on anemic sales of 39,000. The title was previously held by season-eight winner Kris Allen, whose debut hit the charts in 2009 at #11 on sales of 80,000.
It was a very rough second week for Kid Cudi, whose Man on the Moon 2: The Legend of Mr. Rager plummets nearly 80 percent to #21 on sales of 34,000, while Eminem's Recovery drops 12 spots to #23 while holding steady on sales at 34,000 and crossing the 3 million mark. It was also a big comedown for Cee Lo, as his solo album The Lady Killer nosedives 30 spots to #39 after sales shriveled by 40 percent to 25,000.
Despite selling 2 million digital tracks and 450,000 digital albums in their iTunes coming-out party, the Beatles have only one album in the top 50, with Abbey Road slipping in at #50 (19,000). Thirteen other digital albums chart in the lower regions of the top 200.
The Fab Four are having better luck on the iTunes album chart, where Abbey Road comes in at #6 and a special box set closes out the tally at #10. But it is all Rihanna on that chart, as Loud holds the #1 slot, followed by the "Glee" Christmas album, Rascal Flatts, A Day to Remember's What Separates Me From You, Urban, Swift, Groban and Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
iTunes doesn't release sales figures, but "Glee" rules the singles countdown thanks to guest Gwyneth Paltrow's cover of Cee Lo's "Forget You," followed by Ke$ha's "We R Who We R," Cee Lo's own sanitized version of his profane hit single, Katy Perry's "Firework," Pink's "Raise Your Glass" and the "Glee" cast's recording of "Singing in the Rain/Umbrella." The rest of the singles chart includes #7 song "What's My Name?" by Rihanna and Drake, the Black Eyed Peas' "The Time (Dirty Bit)," Rihanna's "Only Girl (In the World)" and Far East Movement's "Like a G6."
Things will get shuffled all over again next week with chart debuts from Kanye, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, My Chemical Romance, Ne-Yo, Jay-Z, Akon, Alan Jackson, Ke$ha and the "Burlesque" soundtrack.

'I was pregnant with this DVD,' she laughs to MTV News as 'I Am ... World Tour' is set to air Thanksgiving Day on ABC. By Jocelyn Vena
Beyoncé Photo: MTV News
Beyoncé never really seems to slow down, so when the time came to choose a director for her concert special DVD "I Am ... World Tour," the singer decided to take on those duties too. It's an accomplishment the singer jokes may have sparked those pregnancy rumors.
"I was pregnant with this DVD, yes!" she joked to MTV News.
The DVD hits stores on November 30, but fans can catch the 90-minute "I Am ... World Tour" TV special when it airs on ABC Thanksgiving night at 9:30 p.m. ET. Beyoncé opened up about what it was like to sit in the director's chair.
"Well, I've done some co-directing for music videos [but] this was definitely a big step for me, and I'm so thrilled," she said at the New York City screening for the flick.
Beyoncé said she was completely hands-on, deciding which moments made the final cut and which ones wound up on the cutting-room floor. "It was hard work," she said. "I learned so much. I have a new respect for directors and I think I would like to do more of it."
Her parents, Mathew and Tina Knowles, who also attended the screening over the weekend, said the film gives B the recognition she deserves after years of collaborating on many of her own videos.
"I'm really excited about this because Beyoncé has been making little short films and really helping to direct her videos," Tina told us. "So it's nice that she'll get credit for doing something that she really loves doing and that she's very talented at."
Dad Mathew recalled all of the effort his superstar daughter put into the special. "I'm so proud," he said. "I had an opportunity [to see the film], I've been to Houston with a screening; I've been to Bentonville, [Arkansas], with a screening, and to see the excitement from the audience, what an incredible job Beyoncé did as a director in the editing, I'm just so proud. Hopefully, all the fans go out and get the DVD and soundtrack and look at that ABC special coming on Thanksgiving."

In one of the more bizarre and disturbing news stories, it has been reported that New York City actor Michael Brea (who appeared on the television series Ugly Betty, as well as this year's Step Up 3D) murdered his own mother, Yanick Brea, with a sword.
TheNew York Daily News reports that 31-year-old Brea killed his 55-year-old mother on Tuesday morning after he thought she was possessed by the devil. Police were called to Yanick's Brooklyn apartment after neighbors heard her screams. "Her screams woke me up. Screams I'll never forget," one neighbor said. Another neighbor said they heard Michael, as well, and claimed he was yelling, "Sinner! Sinner!" and "You never accepted Jesus!"
When police removed Michael (who was allegedly wearing "fire and brimstone" attire and clutching a bible) from the scene, it was already too late for Yanick (who had worked at the Marriott World Trade Center and survived the 9/11 attacks). She was found dead from multiple stab wounds. The weapon was said to be a "Masonic ceremonial sword."
Neighbors and family members now question whether the horrific crime could have been prevented all together if measures had been taken earlier. One resident told the NYDN, the police, "just kept saying protocol this and protocol that. Now a woman's dead who should be alive if only the police would have listened." Yanick's brother Serge Mercel told the paper, "To think my sister was inside, crying for her life, and the police that are supposed to be protecting her are standing at the door. It's enough to make me sick."
But, the NYPD assure the incident was handled properly. NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly told the New York Daily News: "It's a barricaded situation and that is handled by the Emergency Services Unit. What happens in a barricade situation is that responding patrol officers, if possible, wait for the Emergency Services forces to arrive." An NYPD spokeswoman added, "This was necessary protocol, because the person appeared dangerous to himself and the officers."
While Michael, who had no previous arrests, has not been officially charged, police told TVGuide.com that Brea is a "person of interest" in the murder.
Leave your condolences for the friends and family of Yanick Brea below.

When informed Wednesday that Jaguars players had told media that Del Rio had challenged them to produce a 150-yard rushing game for Pro Bowl running back Maurice Jones-Drew, Del Rio expressed unhappiness.
"Players shouldn't be talking about what I talk about in our meetings privately," Del Rio said as the Jaguars prepared to play the New York Giants and New Meadowlands Stadium Sunday.
For his part, Jones-Drew said he didn't mind the challenge.

Jessica Simpson, Mandy Moore and Rihanna are all planning on becoming moms -- but only when the time is right! In three separate interviews this week, the pop stars all expressed their desire to have kids in the not-too-distant future.
Jessica Simpson, 30, tells Access Hollywood that she can "definitely see myself having a family" with new fiance Eric Johnson, but that they "really haven't talked much about it" yet.
Mandy Moore, 26 -- who lends her voice to the princess in the new Disney film Tangled -- tells E! that she "will definitely have a family" with rocker husband Ryan Adams.
Rihanna, 22, has been dating Dodgers player Matt Kemp since January, and she tells Interview Magazine that she'll have a baby whenever it feels right: "It could be a year from now. It could be ten years from now."
Why all the talk about babies this week? Maybe it has something to do with fellow pop princess Pink, 31, announcing that she and hubby Carey Hart are expecting. What's cool, though, is that all these musicians plan to have babies -- but none of them feel pressured to choose between baby and career. That must be a sign of progress, right?
Those three ladies would do well to take a cue from Pink, who's already got a plan in motion: she tells the Associated Press that "as soon as the baby can say 'mama,' I'm going on the road. We are going to be a traveling family gypsy band with garlands in our hair." Sounds like a pretty amazing childhood to us!

Some people go shopping to relieve stress, while others play sports. But Charlie Sheen recently boosted his mood by spending half-a-million-dollars on a new car.
The troubled actor purchased a 2011 Maybach 62s this week, a car that comes with a $509,250 price tag.
Perhaps the big buy was a major dose of retail therapy to help him get over his recent assault allegations stemming from a tumultuous night with Capri Anderson in New York City.
Capri?s (real name Christina Walsh) attorney released a statement yesterday, saying, "Through the process of Ms. Walsh appearing on ABC's 'Good Morning America,' and finally issuing her public statement regarding the events of her night with Mr. Sheen, Ms. Walsh has experienced the natural emotions of many domestic violence victims... that of fear, anxiety and ultimately, a certain level of empowerment. Ms. Walsh has thus, and for the time being, opted to consult the New York City authorities regarding the events of October 26, 2010."

Jane Fonda is healthy and vibrant at 72 -- but even the healthiest woman is susceptible to breast cancer. On Thursday, the actress revealed that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer just a few weeks ago. Fortunately, the tumor was non-invasive, and after a single operation, she's now cancer-free.
During a routine check-up, Fonda told Entertainment Tonight, doctors found a small tumor in her breast. She had it removed "a few days ago," and after learning that the cancer was non-invasive, has declared herself "fine."
To prove just how fine she is, Fonda is returning immediately to her press tour for her new Prime Time fitnessDVDs, which she recently promoted on The Oprah Winfrey Show ("I think it's just getting better!" Fonda -- who admitted to having plastic surgery -- exclaimed, when Oprah asked if she feels as good as she looks.)
The feminist icon also wrote a new post on her blog to reassure fans:
As the press has reported today, I had a scare with a non-invasive breast cancer but it is ALL OUT NOW!!! I am so lucky. We got it early and it was, as I said, non-invasive. I want to thanks my friends and fans who have written beautiful letters. It has meant a lot to me.

Also, rookie tight end Brody Eldridge worked on a limited basis Thursday after missing Wednesday and last week's game against Philadelphia.
Cornerback Jerraud Powers, who has missed the last two games with a foot injury, practiced full after working on a limited basis Wednesday.

With all the yoga, macrobiotic cooking and spiritual exploration that Gwyneth Paltrow does, you'd think she'd be the calmest actress in the universe. However, there's at least one thing that can still turn the mother of two into a nervous wreck: singing in front of a live audience. Paltrow, 38, will be performing the title track from her upcoming film Country Strong at Wednesday's Country Music Awards -- and although she did her own singing (and guitar-playing!) in the film, she still has some serious stage fright.
"I was really bad last week; I lost my appetite and I couldn't sleep," Paltrow confessed at the movie's Nashville premiere. The actress, who has been preparing for the performance for weeks, added that "if I can keep my nerves under control I can survive it."
What's got he almost-annoyingly perfect actress so worked up? Paltrow, as we've mentioned before, isn't exactly a down-home country girl. She knows that she'll be facing a tough crowd at the CMAs. If Paltrow doesn't give a totally authentic performance, she may lose her country-music cred entirely. Basically, the whole audience for Country Strong (not to mention the official soundtrack) may hang in the balance. Talk about pressure!
Then again, maybe it's more personal for Gwyneth Paltrow. She is, after all, married to Coldplay's Chris Martin, and she's been known to pal around with music legends like Madonna and Elton John. Perhaps she feels that she needs to live up to her friends' and husband's super-high standards, even though she's more actress than singer.
And we can think of one more reason she might be nervous: she doesn't want to let Nashville down. It seems that the urban sophisticate actress fell a little bit in love with the country scene while she was working on Country Strong. Maybe she just really, really wants to be a part of it. Paltrow even gushed on the red carpet that she dreams of relocating to Tennessee.
"My dream is to have land somewhere outside of Nashville and have a big organic farm outside of the city," Paltrow told reporters.
We'll all have to tune in on Wednesday night to see if Gwyneth Paltrow can unleash her inner cowgirl!
Do you think Gwyneth Paltrow could be a country star? Chime in below!
The card games and domino battles in the locker room at Valley Ranch were gone. The players were in full pads in practice. The new sheriff was obviously in charge as the Cowboys worked their first day Wednesday under interim coach Jason Garrett, who was promoted from offensive coordinator with Monday's dismissal of Wade Phillips.
"We had a good meeting this morning," said tight end Jason Witten. "He laid out a game plan and was clear with where we were going. Any time you just put it out there like that and set the guidelines, a team has to be all in. That's our mentality. We're 1-7 and there is no mistaking that and we're going to play hard together, there's no finger pointing, we're going to practice hard together and be good teammates. Obviously this isn't what any of us had intended, but this is where we're at and we've got to move forward with this.
"Nobody is feeling sorry for us and we have to go execute these things we're talking about. ... There was a spark there (today). We did go full pads and had an intense practice and our mentality is, let's stack good days up and that'll carry over to Sunday, hopefully. We know what a tough challenge it's going to be going into the Meadowlands (for the rematch with the 6-2, NFC East-leading Giants, who beat the Cowboys 41-35 just 16 days ago at Dallas)."
Receiver Roy Williams said that the players shouldn't need a coaching change to make the difference in a season gone so horribly wrong.
"I don't care if you bring in President Obama," Williams said. "I believe in coaches ... but coaches don't play. You are a grown man, 23-plus years old. Do you need to be motivated to play in this league?"
Fourteenth-year linebacker Keith Brooking, the only player on the Dallas defense with more than eight seasons of experience, was impressed with the new boss, whom he hadn't known that well when Garrett was in charge of the offense.
"His presence demands respect," Brooking said. "It demands attention. He's very direct and to the point. It's very black and white with him. He's (concise) in his message. I don't think there's any gray area whatsoever. I think we all understand what he expects from us, what he wants from us on a daily basis ... and I think guys responded to it in a great way, a very positive way.

'I forgot about yesterday,' Weezy says at his 'Welcome Home, Tunechi' party in Miami. By Gil Kaufman, with reporting by Sway Calloway

As Lil Wayne's friends and family celebrated his release from prison in downtown Miami on Sunday night (November 7), Weezy himself was ready to leave the past eight months behind him and look to the future.
Clutching a fat stogie in his hand, wearing a black hoodie, white T-shirt and dark shades and making his way down the red carpet of the "Welcome Home, Tunechi" party, accompanied by two dancers in Las Vegas-worthy glittering outfits, Wayne took a moment to chat with MTV News about how it feels to be free.
"I forgot about yesterday," he said in his first public comments since his release on Thursday.
Walking along with him was label head Bryan "Baby" Williams, who said the first order of business is ... whatever Wayne says it is.
"[Wayne's] a shot-caller, whatever he wants to do it's green light," said Baby. "We just glad he's home and we just want to pop bottles tonight and have fun."
Drake, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Cool & Dre, Fat Joe and more helped celebrate Wayne's freedom during the late-night fete at Miami's King of Diamonds strip club.
Before Wayne partied, though, he took a moment to reflect on all the support he received during his jail stint. "I just wanna thank everybody," he said. "Not only MTV fans, but the fans across the whole world. Most of all, my family. I couldn't do it without them and I would never do it without them."

Even before his release, Wayne spit some verses over the phone for Young Money label chief Mack Maine, so he'd have beats ready for him in the studio. His eagerly anticipated Tha Carter IV is tentatively slated for release in early 2011.

This injury occurred during Monday's win against the Houston Texans when he was hit by Bernad Pollard on a play that probably could have been flagged for a late hit along the sidelines.
There was no penalty on the play, which can be seen right here.
Apparently when New York Jets linebacker David Harris tweaked his back in the weight room on Wednesday it wasn't quite as bad as he originally feared.
Harris was listed as probable for Sunday's game at the Detroit Lions on Friday's injury report along with outside linebacker Calvin Pace (foot), safety Brodney Pool (head) and Pro Bowl cornerback Darrelle Revis (hamstring).

DAVIE, Fla. -- Considering how influential Bill Parcells has been on Miami Dolphins coach Tony Sparano's career it never comes as a surprise how much he references the man who hired him in Miami during his press conferences.
The third-year head coach shares the same philosophy as Parcells when it comes to the type of football team he is building and the importance he places on being physical and disciplined. So whenever he is asked to explain a personnel decision or a play call in a specific situation Sparano tends to use examples from when he coached under Parcells in Dallas to make his point.
On Friday, Sparano shared with the South Florida media his best Parcells imitation while explaining how the communication process between himself and his assistant coaches works during a game. The moment of levity came as he described why it is that he covers his mouth at times when he's actually calling a play.
"When I was calling plays in Dallas I used to have my sheet in front of me and I would make the call and then one day all of a sudden I got hit with a game plan," said Sparano, mimicking a game plan hitting him in the head. "I turned and looked and said, 'What?' And it was Bill. And he's like, 'Will you cover your mouth? Everybody can see.' And I never really thought about it so then I thought, 'All right, I need to cover my mouth.' So now it's just habit."
Earlier in the press conference as he gave examples of when he has to interfere with the chatter going on on the headsets Sparano brought up Parcells again.
"Sometimes I will interject and sometimes there's chaos on the line," he said. "Sometimes there's a lot of talk and I just need to get on the phone and say, 'Hey fellas, let's shut up here. Let's let the guy call the game.' That used to happen to me. I used to know this fella named Bill Parcells, he used to be in my ear constantly, and that wasn't always good either."
Parcells is now officially a team consultant after stepping down from his title as executive vice president of football operations the week before the season opener at Buffalo. He finished cleaning out his office at the team's training facility during Miami's road trip to Green Bay, but he and Sparano still stay in constant contact.
On penultimate stop of his Light Dreams and Nightmares Tour, the 'Miss Me' MC whips L.A. crowd into frenzy with Wayne details. By Paul Cantor

Lil Wayne was released from Rikers Island on Thursday, and while 3,000 miles stood between him and Drake — the rapper was in Los Angeles for the next-to-last stop on his Light Dreams and Nightmares Tour — the power of technology allowed them to reconnect in more ways than one.
Onstage at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Thursday, Drake told the crowd, according to a fan video posted on Rap-UpTV, that he'd gotten a phone call from Wayne earlier that day and recounted their conversation.
"I said, 'Hello?' All I heard on the other end was, 'Yo.' [Again] I said, 'Hello?' All I heard on the other end was, 'Yo.' I said, 'Yo, who the f--- is this?' And all I heard on the other end was, 'Haha, it's Weezy F., baby.' I said, 'It's good to have you back.' He said, 'What the f--- is up?' I said, 'I'm chillin', man. Finally made it to the greatest city in the whole muthaf---in' world.' ... He said, 'I'm in New York with the family,' but he said, 'You think they still love Lil Wayne out there in L.A.?' I said, 'Since I'll see you in a couple days, instead of telling you the obvious answer to that question, I'mma just show you how much they love you.' "
The crowd then erupted into chants of "Weezy," as Drake turned a handheld camera on them, filming the audience's reaction, perhaps to show Lil Wayne later. "L.A., I'm gonna keep this camera on," he told the crowd. "I know for a fact that Lil Wayne cannot wait to come back to L.A. and shut this place down. So this next song is in honor of the fact that he'll be home soon."
The Toronto MC closes out his 24-date tour Saturday in Las Vegas at the Joint. Drake recently told MTV News reuniting with Wayne in Sin City was plausible. "I would just advise you to book a ticket out there," he said. "If you can get tickets to that show on the 6th, I would strongly advise it."
MTV News has crews on the ground at all possible locations, so we'll be sure to update you on Wayne's latest moves.
